i’ve been semi-freeforming for most of my 2nd year of having locs. that, along with combining a few thin ones during my 1st year, has upgraded my locs to a comfortable thickness. i do enjoy retwisting them every now and then but i love the freedom of wash and go a lot more. i haven’t done any type of style (except for putting a few up in a ponytail and leaving the back down) for months, and i’m thinking of doing something for my birthday next week. 4 more months and they’ll have a birthday too, 3 years :-)
